Cozad - Cozadd
During the adult life of Clyde Horne Cozad Sr., and the lives of Ada and Leila Cozad, all 3 added an extra "d" to the end of their name, resulting in subsequent generations with a double "d" spelling. They all gave advanced directives for their grave stones to show the single "d" original (birth) spelling.
